Before Guest Arrival
General Cleaning:
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, countertops, and shelves.

- Clean and disinfect small appliances, such as coffee makers and toasters.

Bathrooms:
- Clean and disinfect toilets, including seats, bowls, and bases.
- Scrub and disinfect showers, bathtubs, and shower doors.
- Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops.
- Polish bathroom fixtures, such as faucets and mirrors.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and bath mats.
- Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.
Bedrooms:
- Change and launder bed linens and pillowcases.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, nightstands, and lamps.
- Vacuum or sweep, and mop the floors.
- Empty and clean all trash bins.
- Check and ensure all bedside lamps and alarm clocks are in working condition.
Living Room and Common Areas:

- Fluff and arrange pillows and cushions.

After Guest Departure
Living Room and Common Areas:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cookware.
- Launder and replace all used towels and linens.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls.
- Check and restock essential supplies for the next guest.
- Inspect for damages or missing items and report them to the property owner.
