General Areas:
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and shelves.
- Clean and polish glass surfaces, such as windows, doors, and partitions.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Vacuum or sweep, and mop all floors, including common areas and hallways.
- Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
- Clean and disinfect light switches, doorknobs, and other frequently touched surfaces.
- Wipe down baseboards and window sills.
- Spot clean walls for any marks or stains.
- Check and clean air vents and registers.
- Clean and disinfect elevator buttons, handrails, and shared equipment.
Restrooms:
- Clean and disinfect toilets, including seats, bowls, and handles.
- Scrub and disinfect sinks and countertops.
- Clean and polish bathroom fixtures, such as faucets, mirrors, and dispensers.
- Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers.
- Empty and clean feminine hygiene product containers if applicable.
- Sweep and mop restroom floors.
- Clean and disinfect door handles and push plates.
Kitchen or Break Room:
- Clean and degrease kitchen countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Wipe down and disinfect cabinets, handles, and drawer pulls.
- Clean the microwave inside and out.
- Clean the refrigerator, both inside and outside, including removing expired food items.
- Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and common eating areas.
- Empty and clean the dishwasher if applicable.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
- Wipe down coffee machines and water dispensers.
Meeting Rooms:
- Dust and wipe down tables, chairs, and other furniture.
- Clean and polish glass surfaces, including windows and whiteboards.
- Vacuum or sweep, and mop the floors.
- Clean and disinfect teleconference equipment, including microphones and cameras.
Reception Area:
- Dust and wipe down the reception desk and furniture.
- Clean and polish glass surfaces, such as windows and display cases.
- Vacuum or sweep, and mop the floors.
- Clean and disinfect visitor chairs and waiting areas.
Additional Tasks (if requested):
- Clean interior windows and window sills.
- Dust and wipe down blinds or curtains.
- Vacuum or sweep stairs and hallways.
- Clean and organize storage areas or supply closets.
- Wipe down computer keyboards, monitors, and other electronics.
- Empty and clean recycling bins.
