Term of Service
Welcome to Clean Queen! By using our services, you agree to these terms of service (“Terms”), so please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers and visitors to our website.
1. Our Services
We provide professional cleaning services to our customers. Our services include, but are not limited to, cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, organizing, de-cluttering, laundry, and other related services.
2. Payment
We accept payment through cash, credit/debit card, or bitcoin.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we try to accommodate any changes in the schedule. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee.
4. Liability
We take great care in providing our services, but accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance to protect our customers and their property in case of any damages or injuries that may occur during our services. However, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or for damages resulting from improper maintenance or neglect of the property.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality, and we will not share any personal or confidential information with third parties. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ personal and financial information.
6. Feedback and Dispute Resolution
We welcome feedback from our customers and will strive to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise. If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address them promptly.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify our customers of any material changes to these Terms via email or other means. Your continued use of our services after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional Terms
- Lockouts: The client is required to provide access to Clean Queen housekeeping services Inc. on the scheduled service day. If the cleaning team is unable to enter due to a lockout, the client will be contacted to arrange entry. If the team cannot get in touch with the client within 30 minutes, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped, and the client will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. To avoid this fee, the client can provide a key or code for entry.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but if our cleaners miss anything during the service, the client should inform us within 24 hours. We will correct the error at no additional cost.
- House Key/Key Release: If the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or provide an unsecured key for our cleaners, Paradise Home Cleaning Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or theft. When services are terminated any keys provided to us will be returned within 48 hours or the next business day.
- Non-Solicitation of Clean Queen housekeeping services Inc. Cleaning Providers: Clients are prohibited from soliciting our cleaning providers for direct hire. Our providers are carefully selected, trained, and vetted before being allowed to enter our clients' homes.
- Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum: We are not liable for any damage to the client's vacuum, nor are we responsible for its maintenance or repairs. If the vacuum is not functioning correctly, we will be unable to perform any necessary vacuuming.
- Cleaning Supplies: We provide all necessary equipment and products for cleaning, but if the client requests the use of green cleaning products or their own cleaning supplies, they should inform us beforehand. Any damage resulting from the use of the client's cleaning supplies will not be our responsibility.
- Items We Cannot Clean: Mold removal is a specialized service, and we cannot be held liable for any mold-related risks in the client's home.
